CITY OF LOMPOC METER ACCESS NOTIFICATION

Please be advised that your utility service was to be turned off for non-payment today.  The customer service field technician notified the billing department that access to the electric meter was unavailable or denied.

Please contact our office IMMEDIATELY at (805) 736-1261 to schedule access to the electric meter to avoid additional charges.

Should it become necessary to disconnect your electric services, city personnel must have access to the electric meter.  Should access be denied or unavailable, the services will be cut off at the utility pole. The reconnection fee for a pole cut is $450.00 and the services may be off for a minimum of 24 hours, even with the fees paid.

If access is denied, services will be pole cut without delay.
