Friends of the Lompoc Public Library System

The Friends of the Lompoc Public Library System is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, volunteer group dedicated to supporting the library. Each year the Friends of the Library raise funds that enrich library offerings and services.

The Friends raise funds through:

• Quarterly public used book sales
• Ongoing book sale shelves

The funds go to:

• New Books
• Movies
• Summer Reading programming and Library programming

Membership applications are available at all library branches.

The Library Foundation supports libraries within the District in the communities of Lompoc and Vandenberg Village.

The foundation raise funds through:

• Bequests
• Endowments

The funds go to:

• Books at all Lompoc Library System branches.
