Visit with CommUnify on Thursday, September 14th and Thursday, September 28th at Lompoc City Hall. These services are offered free of charge.

Please come prepared with the following:
- ID and social security card (only needed for the main applicant)
- Most recent utility bills
- Proof of household income (all pay stubs for the last month, or SSA award letter)
