The agenda items may be large and take a few minutes to load.  Once loaded in the upper left or right-hand corner (depending on Explorer or Chrome) there should be a bookmark tab, click on this and the file names of the combined documents will appear.  Typically they are named by date 0822, item number n1, then attachment a1, a2, etc, i.e. 0822n1a3 would be item number 1 attachment 3.
