UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties will teach participants to use a steam canner as a preserving method. Everyone will leave with 1 pint of pickled beans. Participants will receive printed information on the steam process, pickle recipes, and pickle kits for making refrigerator pickled veggies. Registration Required.
