The City of Lompoc is the Lead Agency and prepared an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for a comprehensive update of the City’s General Plan.  The EIR was submitted to the State Clearinghouse and assigned SCH No. 2008081032 (Planning Division File No. GP 07-04, EIR 09-01).  The EIR was certified by the Lompoc City Council on October 19, 2010.  Although the EIR Addendum does not require circulation, in the interest of full disclosure and public participation, the City of Lompoc is adhering to the review standards of a circulated document and is distributing this Draft EIR Addendum for public review.
