The City of Lompoc is hosting a community and city council workshop to set goals for fiscal years 2019-21.
Every few years, the city sets broad goals that reflect the community’s top priorities, and works to accomplish those goals in the two-year budget cycle.
A March 9 council goal and priority-setting workshop is scheduled to discuss and set a few overarching goals that will help guide the development of city budget priorities for the next budget cycle.
The workshop will incorporate results from the City of Lompoc Priorities Survey that was available to the public and closes today.
The public workshop will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 in Lompoc City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Civic Center Plaza. Beginning at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and refreshments, the workshop itself is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to noon.
Community members are encouraged to join Lompoc city staff and councilmembers as we discuss and set the city’s goals, and public input is welcomed.
