This action is exempt pursuant to Section 21084 California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines.
GP 15-01 – General Plan Amendment – Bikeways Map Planning Commission review of a General Plan Amendment to the 2030 General Plan Bikeway Routes Map, to change the location of the bikeway segment currently shown between North V Street and North O Street, at the southern boundary of the Lompoc Municipal Airport, to Aviation Drive, between North V Street and North O Street; and to change the designation of the bikeway segment from Class I to Class III. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR 09-01) was prepared for the 2030 General Plan Update and certified by the City Council on November 19, 2013 for the Circulation Element (SCH No. 2008081032). An Addendum has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
